My Foot Tattoo

First, let me introduce myself. My name is Amber Rowan. I am a 19 year old college student in a serious relationship with my boyfriend. I wanted to surprise him for his birthday by getting a small tattoo on my foot. I had no idea how hard it would be to find a decent tattoo design.
