i would say no chlrorine for at least 4-6 weeks after its fresh, but then it should be fine.

this might not work, just a thought.

take a picture of it, put it up on your computer and trace it. size really isnt important, a good shop will have a machine that can adjust the size of it later ...

done well they are awesome, done averagely they suck. i would say less than 1% are done well, the rest are pretty bland in my opinion.
