It's also portable, so you can remove your lower back tattoo while riding the Greyhound bus.

well, I am not a tattoo artist but I suppose some of them must have a kind of insurance. Just ask the artist where you want your tattoo done, before getting the tattoo of course.

Try to ask your friends to recommend you a good tattoo artist then go to see some of them, if you like one you take an appointment if not go to see a different one.
