I have a small metalic style scorpion and three pieces of tribal on my left shoulder, i was hopeing that it could be lightened but informed it cant be done easily

well i spoke to a guy here in portugal and he seemed to think it would be ok, but TBH i would likeed to have heard from someone who had either done it or had it done
