That's a pretty common spot for girls to get a tattoo. More common places for guys would be the shoulders, arms, back, etc...which is what I would suggest.

Well what exactly are you thinking of? You could do a symbol like a treble cleft, a portrait of one of your favorite musicians, I don't know. Right now your question is very vague.

Depending on how big you get it, it could be anywhere from 80 to 200 max. That one looks like a pretty simple design; I wouldn't expect it to run too high.

Good points. I wouldn't cover fresh tattoos in plastic because you're just asking for it to get infected. You treat it like an open wound, you let it breathe, keep it moist and give it time to heal. ...

I think they're great. I like the dragon accented with red and the koi fish. You could get some color on the koi to make it stand out a little, which would look way cool.
