Could somebody out there tell me how much a half sleeve would cost (top of the shoulder to just above the elbow)?

I've heard that you can possible get a free tattoo at a convention if you agree to be in a contest at that convention. Kind of like free promo for the artist. Has anyone heard of something like this ...
