it is 95percent of a chance going to stretch like a bitch

and the outter arm should be fine but underarm will burn also i would not reccommend getting a large tattoo at 16 im 19 and still wont get ...

i am only doing a very small tattoo it should only take aproximetly 20 minutes max jsut to cover up the old one.
