I got my first tattoo three days ago and im noticing slight creases where the ink is. Im afraid the ink will break up on top. Is this a normal reaction during the healing process?

when i got my shoulder tattoo yesterday i hardly felt anything other than a tingle. Fromyour experiernces whats it been like on other areas that were fleshy aswell? similar?
