thats what I did waited till I turned 18 and now im looking around at places it will come faster than it seems look around at tattoo gallarys and all that and youll be 18 befor you know it I turned 18 ...

odd in NC you can have a parent aprove of it

A parent can singe for you and I think they have to be Present when you have it done

Anyone have any one place they would recomend in eaither Waynessville or Ashville NC I live in Waynesville so I would prefer one here but i dont mind Travelling 30-40 mins to Asheville
