If you are worried, I'd get tested anyway, even if you didn't get it from the tattoo hepatitis is easily transmitted and could of gotten into you by more ways than you hope to imagine.

I asked this on somewhere else, and just got hounded by people telling me not to get a tattoo to be fashionable. Despite me saying it was just out of interest and wouldn't get one to be fashionable.
