Hey there, I'm a Canadian living in the USA (love it here!), but want to get a tat to represent where i'm from i just want something small, on my lower abdomen... i definitely want a maple leaf, but just the leaf itself is so overdone... any suggestions? i just want something else with the leaf, something to make it unique and feminine, but not super big.. any thoughts? |

I don't live anywhere close, but I know that the Canadians started Icehockey.
So you could have a Icehockey stick crossing behind the Maple leaf.
But not knowing why you come from anygood this is all I can come up with. |

Maybe a heart of some type with a small maple leaf tattooed on it? No matter where in the world you are........ Canada remains close to your heart.
Just a thought. |

| You could always get the shape of the province you were born in with a maple leaf inside it. |

| Maybe a dumb question, but do the provinces have provencial birds, trees, flowers, etc? If so, that might make an interesting tattoo that wouldn't just be a maple leaf. For instance, I've seen ones here of scissor-tail fly catchers (the OK state bird). |

| I was just thinking while on here and it came to me. The thing that most I would associate with Canada is your Mounted Canadian Policeman. |
