Hey there, I'm a Canadian living in the USA (love it here!), but want to get a tat to represent where i'm from Wink

i just want something small, on my lower abdomen... i definitely want a maple leaf, but just the leaf itself is so overdone... any suggestions? i just want something else with the leaf, something to make it unique and feminine, but not super big.. any thoughts?

I don't live anywhere close, but I know that the Canadians started Icehockey.
So you could have a Icehockey stick crossing behind the Maple leaf.
But not knowing why you come from anygood this is all I can come up with.

Maybe a heart of some type with a small maple leaf tattooed on it? No matter where in the world you are........ Canada remains close to your heart.

You could always get the shape of the province you were born in with a maple leaf inside it.

Maybe a dumb question, but do the provinces have provencial birds, trees, flowers, etc? If so, that might make an interesting tattoo that wouldn't just be a maple leaf. For instance, I've seen ones here of scissor-tail fly catchers (the OK state bird).

I was just thinking while on here and it came to me. The thing that most I would associate with Canada is your Mounted Canadian Policeman.
