Hey everyone,

This is my very first forum and I am excited to have the chance to chat with people from all over. I have had a passion for body modification, both piercings and tattoos, since I was very young. It has always been something I was obsessed with. I especially enjoy traditional/old school tattoo work and custom work. I am 22, going to be 23 and I have just finished my Bachelor Degree in English and Kinesiology so I am in a transition phase at the moment. I am also contemplating my next tattoo to signify my completion of school. However, I also have a conflict since I would like to be an elementary school teacher and arm tattoos may be taboo before I get a steady job. I am not making any rash decisions just yet. Anyway, I would love to chat about tattoos and art or anything of interest!

Welcome , kind of stupid that people judge you how you look, I have no problems with people who have tats and have work as a teacher or something. I would let my kids follow you classes Cool

Thanks for the reply, it is nice to hear from someone who is open minded about body art in the work place. So far, I just have kids ask me if my facial piercings are real. (I have a monroe and a nostril piercing) I also have a lot of ear piercings; lobes, conch and tragus, I want to begin stretching this summer up to 8 gauge. My large tattoo is on my leg so it is not always seen.
