Hi all.

I have found a new artist and his web site.

I have booked in for some work to be done tomorrw and would like you opinion on his work to date.

here is his site

He is very clean as I dropped in while he was working and the piece was a free hand piece.
He is registered with the local health authority as well.

All feed back welcome.

Thanks

Cool hope the new tattoo comes out ok.

However a couple of concerns almost all the photos on his webpage are of fresh tattoos fresh ink always looks cleaner brighter and stronger than ink that has settled. However the majority of his work is quite nice.

He seems to be quite fond of the attitude side of tattooing with comments like "bet that hurt" and "that looks fu*king sore" attached to some of the pictures.

You say he is health authority registered big deal every uk tattooist must be it is the law !

My main concern is that he works from home tattooing from your home is the preserve of the scratcher the unsterile untrained amuoter artist. Whilst his webpage covers sterility and his work suggests he is better than a scratcher i would be concerned about going there, he also boasts that he has been tattooing for two years - not that long really is it.

I really hope that the work comes out well as his photos suggest it will and i hope you enjoy the experience however with the amount of ink pushers around now it pays to shop around as it is inevitable that lots of them will be sh*t.

Sorry to rain on your parade mate.

Hi thanks for the advice.

I spent a few hrs the other day looking at his set up and the way he works.

All needles are opend in front of customer I saw this 1st hand as I just dropped in on him just as he was opening a set.

I also asked about some very difficult work to be done (he refused as he was not able to do it)

I have also seen some of his workon the site (after it has dried) looks very fresh (6 months old)

I originally went to midland tattoo centre and did not appreciate the attittude or egos the artists cam across as not wanting to be there, no passion for the wok.

well 1330 hrs here we go

Will post a pic when got time

Thanks
