Hey everyone..
Just a short question: How long does it take for a shade to become grey? It's purple in places where the shade is darker and it's pink where the shade is light-there it looks a bit like scratched skin.. |

Hey Liz I was waiting for it to heal and see if I'm satisfied completely so I'd give my correct opinion.
ANyway, it's the Simba simbol we were talking about and it worked out just fine. Just today the pink and purple started to turn to grey & black and it looks great. But it definetely needs some kind of background since the outline is quite thick.
I guess i'll do some cracked rocks and thorns behind it in just a mild shadow. All in all i'm H-A-P-P-Y-!-!-!-! |

oooh why didn't you tell me, great, i'm so happy wow. i wish you told me earlier but like i said ive been busy elsewhere. god, im so happy you got simba! yay!
And def not it wouldn't be girly, god. Expect the girls to be telling you how cute you are now lol.
That's really great, during healing it looks weird but after a few weeks its fine- like a butterfly. It took 6 weeks for my wrist one to fully heal (like the peeling to finish, it was so slow). I'm so happy. I choose things like ferrets and stuff for my tatts so I think yours would look so cute! I love cute things.
At least you can add some more to it, like the background you want now.
Well yeah, great |

Yup, it's on my left shoulder-blade. And i like the fact it looks cute actually .
Altho some male friend laughed a bit to it but I don't mind coz these friends know only how to talk about car-engines and motorbikes so it's obvious the only thing they would tattoo is a dragon/scorpion or a carburator
Thanks Liz for the encouragement, really means much to me from you.
Anyway, the thing is: while I just sit and think about it, it seems kinda childish but when I look at it I love it. The shade gave it really sth special. And as you said, there's room for more work on it.. What do you think I should get as a background? To make it a bit tougher maybe.. |
