hi all,
i just wanted to know when is the best age to get a tatttoo?
i am thinking of getting one above ma rist just below my elbow but people say it would streche when ur skin is growing and look bad but some say it wont .
i am 16 and i have problem getting one under 18 soo what use think?? |
