| Tattoo is a very artistic business so even though one wants to be punctual you can never say it for sure, but i guess when i had done my tattoo my artist got late by half an hour as he was still doing the touch ups for his prior customer. |

| When I go to the shop that I go to the artist usually is pretty good about being on time. It is understandable though if they run late and I never would hold that against them. |
