I don't think age has much to do with it - you can teach an old dog new tricks
But just remember someone who is 18 lives at home with the folks has very little responsibility has a lot more free time on their hands as opposed to some one in their 40's dealing with a day job, home load repayments, kids etc
Good luck and never use age as an excuse to stop ya! |

| yes. thats my point, im not sayin im to old just the other it dosnt matter my age, i cant wait to rock the tattoo world. and your right it is very hard being in your 40's because so much life going on but that just makes me more determined to do something i love. just hope the world has the same feeling. after all whats most important is to learn the proper way. |

I hope that you spent the last year studying flash, tracing it, painting flash, drawing non stop and building a rock solid portfolio.... NOT dicking around with some starter kit on your buddies from the trailer park.
I don't think you are too old to land yourself an apprenticeship if you are a skilled artist already. Now if your artwork sucks you're gonna have a tough time. |

| im not worried about the art work end of things. its the time and paying bills and everyday stuff that is the set back at the moment. just dosnt seem to be enough time in the day sometimes. |

Just go for it!! That is an amazing feeling to know what it is you want to do, don't give up on it because of age. First off you're not old, and you're never too old for anything...follow your dreams, your passions...don't have regrets! you will feel amazing once your finished. I am happy for you, let me know how it all goes |
