I have two dog tattoos. One should have a little white...the other should have a lot of white. Both tattoos, one year apart, look just about flesh colored. The oldest is just two years old. They both faded in about six months. Will doing the white over again, work?
I live in the Paso Robles area of California.
Comments, suggestions or a local Tattoo Artist?
