Well I'm definetly new to this site but i would like to start the process of aquiring my tat liscence.....im slowly getting better with my drawings and designs but i ne to kow the stsa i ust take to getto whereim actual ma money at a parlor....also how long will it take me......let me know your input or email me cuz it might be easier for me and you i dont know many ppl that are into this whole thing but myself.....so write if you like Angela(Angel)  |

I am not sure where you are, but here in Texas the individual artist is not licensed. It is the shop that has to acquire the license. Your best bet would be to find a shop that is willing to take on an apprentice. It might not be cheap, but if you can find an understanding artist that likes your work, they might be willing to work with you.
