|

Sup guys. I've got a very strange question I've been trying to find an answer to...
First off, I'm a white male, 24 years of age, and white with a light complection...
I recently had my first tattoo done about a month and a half ago. It's a custom tribal design that was put on my right inside forearm. Originally, I wanted the entire design to be done in purely black ink...
After the initial tattoo was done, I have had an EXTREMELY hard time with black ink staying in my skin. Even when I was getting the tattoo done, the ink simply would NOT stay. It kept bleeding out...
After letting it heal for about a month, I went to have the entire tattoo completely recovered hoping the ink would stay. We started on a small part of the tat, and the ink would not stay... AGAIN! We even tried 3 different brands of blank ink, none of which would stay...
My tattoo artist decided to try a deep red instead of black, and I had absolutely NO problems whatsoever with that ink staying!
My question is, does anybody have any suggestions or ideas as to why black ink will not stay in my skin? I have an EMT-I certification and my father also has an RN degree, and he's never heard of anything like this. Even my artist of 14 years has never seen that happen before, so we're all completely confused!
If ANYBODY has any idea why this could be happening, please reply so I can try and get some ideas on what's going on!
Thanks |
