I got a tattoo about a week ago, and it looked fine until that skin flaked off, now there are small smooth marks on it. Am I f****d?

could just need some touching up,...the artist should do that at no charge.

It's hard to tell how someone may heal up,....I've had to re-touch a couple for people in the past,......i didn't mind at all,.....I want them to be totally happy with my work....I'm sure your artist will think the same Wink

Since it's only been a week, and just went through the peeling process, it could be that it hasn't peeled completely in places. Mine have always had variances in color until about 2 weeks, when all the skin peeled uniformly.

Still, I would take the above advice and have your artist take a look at it to be sure it's healing properly.
