Hi, I'm new here!

I'm looking for someone in the Houston area for my next tattoo. Willing to travel if need be but looking close to home first.
I'm looking for an artist who is good at Japanese style art. I want to get some kind of koi/koi dragon art on my arm. I like vibrant colors and good detail. Maybe a bit of a modern twist on it, I'm kinda open. I was thinking of starting on the inside of my forearm above the wrist with just some water drops or something minimal and then have it build as it crosses the inside of my elbow and wraps around to my upper arm where it becomes a full coverage shoulder/upper arm piece.

Anyway, looking for suggestions on artists. Anyone got anything for me? Even if it's just something to look at for reference?
