I've been searching around for ideas for a kick ass tarantula tattoo but I just dont think I can find the tattoo that I want, with the level of detail that I want SO, I'm looking at getting a much simpler spider tattoo.
This will be my first tattoo and I'm wanting to get it on my lower back. I'm looking for something that will be around 3" in diameter but nothing Bugs Bunny cartoonish looking. I'm female but whether its feminine or masculine doesnt really matter.
Really, I'm open to just about anything with any colors. I would like to find something very unique that grabs my attention.

Instead of looking for a tattoo like you want, I would spend my time finding a talented artist that does realism tattoos well, especially if you find one that has spiders/insects in their portfolio. Once I found an artist I was comfortable with and really liked their style of work, then I would find a good photo of the tarantula that you want and see what they come up with.

That way you have a good artist who can give you a good -unique- tattoo, rather than just doing one that is already on someone else.
