i know theres no real way of getting an exact price on this but any information would truly help...im planning on getting a half sleeve from my elbow to my chest of a japense dragon probly black and gray detailed...and i live in new york so can somebody who has similar experiences give me an idea of this

can't say for sure,..but if i was doing it for you,....we'd probably be talking in the $500-$750 range....if it's going to run onto your chest.
if its just an upper arm sleeve,.......i'm thinking $250 ish. |
