I'd just like to say that Cat at Exposed Temptations in Manassas, VA (near DC, kinda) is awesome, awesome, awesome.
I came to her out of nowhere looking to get a realistic tattoo, and she exceeded my expectations. Her expertise in color really made my tattoo look real. I had to go back and get it touched up (I'm a bleeder), and she went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure my tattoo would look great.
Cat's tagline is "devilgirl tattoer", and she has some really great pinup drawings to her name. If you're into that, I would highly recommend her.
