My name is Mel, I am a 20 yr old Stay home mum, and recently got married to my partner of just over two years.

My reason for getting a tattoo is as a memorial for my daughter whom I lost in March this year to miscarraige. She had a rare deformity of the chromosomes and is the only case in the entire world with that exact thing. So she was very unique. I lost her very early in the pregnancy, had I lost her even one week later, it would have been ten times more traumatic for me as I would have had to give birth to my dead baby, whereas at the time she had passed, she was small enough to have a D & C done, which is a short procedure, but still traumatic for me.

I have a healthy son, Cooper, who is 18 months old and growing very quickly, he is what keeps me going every day, and such a blessing to have around.

Umm.. If there is anything else that you want to know about me, my family or anything, don't be scared to ask, I am a very open person.

Hopefully I will fit in..
