Hi all,

I would like to your opinion on this.

Have you ever used it when you have had a tattoo done, if so did it really work n how did your skin feel once it started to wear off? Is it really worth using or not really? Did you get charged extra when you used it?

Hi angelwings ive tried the cream when i first started getting tattood. As long as it,s applied 20 mins before and covered with clingfilm ,it works fantastic.Yes i was charged its about 5 pounds for a small tube. When it starts to wear of you feel the burning sensation as normal, but i would recomend it to anyone and dont really go for the i like pain bit,I DONT.i used the cream mainly to help me overcome panic attacks, but i would not hesitate if i was struggling with a piece to use it again. Overall i had about 4,hours using the cream .

We use the numbing cream Emla in the hospital for kids when starting IVs and doing some needles. For us as nurses it poses a problem as it causes local vasoconstriction...is this a problem with tattooing? I don't know.
Used on large areas of the body however it has been known to have serious (disasterous even) side effects leaving some people close to death. This has apparently happened mostly with people using tanning beds and then slathering themselves in the stuff. Small areas are fine but doing a huge area of the body might be an issue...something to think about.
