hey, for all you that live in the virginia beach and norfolk area, chris garcia at ocean mystique is an awesome as hell artist! ocean mystique is really pricey, though. if you want something as good, but don't have the money to see him, go to Fuzion Ink on Granby St. They are amazing, and they are very friendly. Lorin Hay did my last tattoo at Fuzion, and it turned out PERFECT! also, if you work for the military or are military, a fire fighter, or a cop, they do a 10%discount off the price of your tattoo!
