I'm looking for other experiences with this shop. Mine was very time consuming and goes as follows. When I went over Labor Day Weekend I showed up early and was number 8 in line. The previous day I got a 3:00 appointment and was quoted $700 for three 2 inch by 2 inch initials on my back. Totally outrageous. So the next day I got my appointment and they told me to come back at 1:00 pm. I came back at 1:00 and didn't get seated for my tattoo until 3:40. I was quoted $350 to $400. By 4:00pm I was done and the artist charged me $268.00. I've heard similar horror stories about H and H. Unless your motive is to be able to say you got a tattoo there I would strongly recommend avoiding Hart and Huntington. They make a great TV show but run a very inefficient, overpriced, and painfully slow operation. Not to mention when I got back to NYC to get the rest of my piece done my artist said the shading was half assed on the initials and he recolored it for free. Has anyone else had an H and H experience????

I found to be a little exspensive and the front end people not very helpful. I went to most shops in or around the strip I found the prices all to be a little rich, I did get some ink done by Frank at Starborn Tattoo on the strip he did a awesome job and his price was affordable

I had a friend go to the Miami Ink shop and was treated like total crap. She said that they ignored her, and when she asked about a custom design she was told they don't do that and she needs to bring in a pic herself. They only draw up custom stuff for the TV show. I don't know who she dealt with, but they are much different in person than they show on TV.

I was at the show in Calgary also. Smile

I love it when Kat shows up to tattoo there! It gets all of the people concentrated to the area where she is and gives me lots of room to shop at the supplier booths. Some of the vendors had some amazing deals on supplies there this year. I loaded up.

I do think all of the artists on these shows are very over rated.
