Well, I finally got my first tattoo 2 days ago.

I thought it would really hurt, but it was nothing like I imagined.

My tattoo is in the middle of my back, and since I'm not a very "meaty" person, I figured it would hurt like hell. But it didn't! I wouldn't even consider what I went through to be called pain. It was more like, annoying, and it would vibrate a lot more when he was going over bone so I would feel it more. But it didn't really hurt. the worse spots felt like I was getting stung by mosquitoes but couldn't swat them away. I've heard it compared to cat scratches, that's a really good/close comparison. Yesterday if felt like a sunburn, and today is really not so bad unless I move the wrong way, I kinda feel a bit stiff, but that's it.

It's an Ankh, with my birthstone. I'm so proud and happy to finally have that symbol on my body.

So, my first tattoo experiance went amazingly well and I WILL do it again, over and over!
