I'm looking to get a Celtic seal tat done, and would like to find an artist in my area (I live outside of Winchester, VA) that does good tribal/Celtic art tats.
Any suggestions welcomed. This is my first tat (I've been wanting it for 10 years,I think I've thought about it long enough!) so I'm kind of clueless, but have been doing a lot of research.
