i stretched to a 6g stupidly fast (10 days) with a self pierced ear.

now, a week after stretching, i can twist my taper fine, without having to break any connection between the taper and the inside of my ear, but it will not budge in or out.
i have tried:
a saltwater soak
pushing in the shower
using vaseline before trying to push

yes it is still stuck.
has this happened to anyone before? what should i do? im scared that if i leave it i will permanently have a taper in my ear.

any help much appreciated

Hi
I sudgest you try rubbing your ear lobes for a while and gently try again.
If fails.
I sudjest to go to a piercer near you and they could help you.
Or (i dont want to frighten you ok) HOSPITAL.

basically this happened to me as well number one question are your ears blown out? Is there like extra skin where the normal lobe stretches over the plug? If so that will stay like that till they close and heal up not to get you scared or anything it happened to me as well. Secondly when gauging NEVER use the tapers that you can buy at retail stores that look like ear rings. When stretching you want to put the taper through to stretch then in immedeatly put the jewelery through. Seeing as how it's stuck right now the only thing you can do is either take it out backwards and let the ear heal or basically push it through. To push it through you want to lube it up a ton with A&D or something like that and basically just keep pushing. This WILL hurt and WILL bleed as your ear is more tearing than stretching at that point. If still to no avail you cant put it through and are dead set on having them bigger i recomend soaking your ear in warm water to let the skin kind of relax a little bit. Then try the pushing. Just be careful it does not get infected just keep it clean 3 times a day till its healed up and wait a little longer before stretching again =D
