I just got a new tattoo yesterday, it's kind of a tribal outlined in black and filled with blue. How long before it looks good? Also, the outline looks very thin and crapy, will that change once it completely heals or not?

Does it not look good already ? The tattoo will take about two weeks till all the scabby bits have dropped off (top hint if you strain your bathwater when you finish the flaky bits in it make lovely soup) once that happens the colour will start to show it will take a week or two after that then the dry skin will clear up and it will look better still.

Hard to say on the outline with out seeing anything.

As your artist will have told you dont scratch pick or rub the tattoo stay out of sunlight (if your lucky enough to be somewhere warm) and dont swim for a couple of weeks and all will be good.
