I would definitely check out ebay, kijiji and craigslist.
it might be used but they always have stuff on there. if your just looking for a starter kit then these are your places for sure. |

| Moon is right. You should spend your cash getting some sweet tattoos at a good shop instead of buying a kit and fucking up you and all your friends. |
