|
|
just a few questions I already know what I wanna get (Def Leppard Tattoo with the British flag as Background with Def Leppard Writen over it in the center) one of my questions is do you think this would be good for a first Tattoo (I love Music and Def Leppard has been my All-time fav band scenc Middle school and I just graduated High School this year) anouther is Im a really skinny guy (140 or less and about 5'7") were would be a good place to have it put Iv though about my upper left arm but then I think I might not have room enough to have it as big as I would like
Thanks in Advance |

sounds like a good tat, as for if it's good for your first that is mostly up to you, you'll have it on ya forever, where to put it, to get good detail you need room like your back or chest/shoulder area.
hope this helped,

please don't think i'm trying to patronise you here - i'm really not.
you're still a fairly young person and your tastes and affinities will more than likely change. this tattoo will be on your body for the rest of your life and, like it or not, will help people form their opinions of you.
i was really into heavy metal as a teenager and was so close to getting the iron maiden 'eddy' thing as my first tattoo when i was 16. i am now 40 and i'm so glad i never did it - it probably couldn't be further from the kind of image and music i am now into.
i'm not trying to dissuade you, but i think you should be aware that you may feel differently in a few years time and should consider that. |

| I have thought about that but that is also one of the reasons I would like to get it if I do end up likeing other things in the futur it will be there to remind me of my teenage years |

Something else to consider especially a person of your age,
What are you going to do for a living because society still as a stereotypes of people with ink so if you are going to be in any kind of business type profession location is very important.
I am in mgmt so I can't have anything that is below a short sleeve shirt on my arms, do I agree with the mentality F_ _ _ No but we have to make the right decisions in life to get ahead.
Just my .02 |

In my opinion society is accepting tattoos more and more...even in "suit and tie" jobs
As for where to get it it would probably be best in a place where you can make it as big as you like |
