Can anyone tell me if I'm just freaking out, or what. . .
That just doesnt look right. Its like hardened above my tatt, but its not a scab, I don't think. I don't want to mess with it, but if its just like old ointment that didnt wash off, I'd like to know, to get it off. Or, if this is natural. Sorry, but this is my first tattoo, and I don't want anything to mess it up. . |

| its a pretty poor photo so its hard to tell completely whats going on. having said that though, its looks similar to what happened with my most recent addition - it scabbed up very quickly, and fairly thickly in some places, but a week later and most of it has fallen off. areas that i thought were spreading and faded at first are looking fine now. keep cool and keep on with the aftercare and you should be ok. if you are really worried though go and talk to your artist - most experienced artists will have seen just about everything. |

Ehh. I just washed it, and most all of that gunk washed off. I still don't know if it was just ointment, or beginning scabs, but I've only had this tat for 30 hours now, and it couldnt be starting the scabbing that fast. . . . I think I was just being over paranoid -.- |

I'm no expert on this but I have 8 tattoo's and some of them have begun scabbing after this amount of time and sometimes even less if it continues to be that way for a number of weeks it may be worth getting checked but for now as its fresh just keep applying cream and let it go through the natural healing process and im sure it will be fine.
Take care |
