I am doing a report kind of in collage. I was wondering if the people who has gotten a tatto from a homemade gun if it hurt worse with a homemade gun.

I've gone to 4 different artists. I do know that my current artists builds machines, but do not know about the previous ones. I would venture to say that one in particular did not make her machine, but I do not know for sure. I can say that this last artist didn't hurt any more, or less, than the previous artists.

I've tattooed with both and have found that there is not much difference, sometimes the homemade gun is not as sharp and tends to puncture the skin harder. My wife says that the homemade gun hurt alot more.
