I recently gave a tattoo to a friend, a trinity knot on the forearm. It turned out well but the dude didn't exercise good aftercare. Now, granted I only have seen it twice since I did it, but i noticed that his skin was cracking and it really just looked dried out. I told him just to keep it moist and it did eventually heal up and I scheduled him for a touch up but is there anything that one can do if they see a tattoo that is really drying up and falling out? besides lotion?
I don't know, that was the first time I've had someones skin react like that from one of my tattoos so I would just like to expand my knowlege base so the next time I encounter somthing like this I will be able to give better more complete advice.
I'll put a photo of it up later today. |
