thought I better warn every one about oztatz at they are biggest bunch of rip off artist's about . made and payed for an order about a month ago now and after a lot of phone calls and emails with them saying it will be there in a few days and Iv still got nothing Mad

. I am now going to have to go through a lot of crap to get my money back, I would advise people not to buy through this supplyer because you will get stuffed around and riped off they are really full of bull#%&* and dont trust them

any one who knows of other bad/rip off supplyers please make a post and let all of us know about them

Listen up champ. As i told you in the email 2 weeks ago, aussie post have admitted they lost the parcel and are reimbursing me. As you also know, it wasnt a cheap arse kit either. So to lose ***** in mail like that sucks. And I did tell you i would replace the kit as the other is walkabout. Now you come on to a forum and bad mouth us and spruke off. Thats sweet mate, do what ya feel ya need to. I am going to deliver your kit to your own hands and then ya can do ur sprukin while im there ok champ. Thanks for your time tiger. And sorry to anyone else, but i couldnt let this ***** go without my side getting explained. It was a avery one sided story til now.

I can see why both ink king and Oztaz are pissed off here. I'm sure that this will be taken care of as I have sent others to Oztaz and never heard anything bad from them, but like I said....... I can see why ink king is feeling ripped off. The postal system has screwed you both and I hope that you both see this and keep this transaction at a profesionel level.

Would both of you please send me a PM when this is resolved so I can get rid of anything that pertains to this whole mess and we can all carry on as if this didn't happen?

if this gets resolved I will more than happy to have this post deleted Garyzda1 but to be honest haveing one order go missing I can understand but to have a replacement go missing aswell sounds suss to me and when I asked for the postal registration/tracking number so I could see if it had been sent or find out were it is and then get told that he was going to do it personally sounds very suss to me

Hi guys

I'm new to this forum, but came across this post about 'oztatz' just wanted to post and say he is still a rip off.. I ordered gear from him and didnt recieve it.. my mate ordered thru him and got used chinese machines, instead of some pro ones he ordered and shithouse inks and charged like $50 for postage. I really just wanna warn everyone and hope he cant rip anyone else off...

Hi folks. I am new here and I stumbled upon this forum after making a purchase from Oztatz. I was trying to locate their website again on Google to find out about my purchase and was disturbed by the posts I read. I was immediately put off and upset I'd made a purchase after reading these posts. The posts caused me concern that was unwarranted, too, because I was treated like a valued customer.

I wanted to let everyone reading this know that I am very happy with the way I was dealt with by Oztatz. I had only ordered a small purchase as I have a client that needed a specific ink for a piece. I ordered a small Starbrite White and some Stencil Pro to be shipped to WA. Oztatz did not have small bottle of Starbrite (waiting on Customs) so shipped me a large bottle for the price of a small bottle rather than making me wait. Not only that but the owner called me personally to sort out the issues I was having. I am very happy and will purchase again.

In future, kids, why not purchase with Paypal? The fact that Oztatz has Paypal as an option should show you that they are in the business to make customers happy. If you do not receive your Paypal purchases, their buyer protection makes it possible for you to file a claim and receive your money back. A business that was in the business of ripping people off would not offer this option. It's YOUR responsibility as a buyer to make sure you are purchasing from a reputable company. I feel that Oztatz IS a reputable company and will purchase from them in future.

As a former business person who has had to deal with Australian customs, I know how difficult it can be getting products into the country and how long one has to wait for things to clear. In addition, importing companies have to pay quite a bit in duty fees just to bring in superior products from overseas so that we are able to purchase them with ease inside of the country.

I am not surprised that Oztatz owner is angry at people defaming his business. I was put off by the company after reading these posts. The tattoo community in Australia is a very small one and a few negative comments can have a long-lasting effect on someone's honest business.

This is an unsolicited testimonial for Oztatz. I have never met the owner nor am I in any way affiliated with the company. This was my first ever purchase from them but felt the need to come in and say something positive as so many people are bashing here and honestly seem to be sufferring their own inability to follow common sense which is BUYER BEWARE. In future, use Paypal for your purchases.

I stumbled across this thread and felt I had to inject my own story into it, so here goes.

I am a professional tattoo artist operating out of Brisbane Australia and have been pro for the last 32 years. I used to order all my gear from the states but found oztatz after a net search for Australian suppliers.

I made my first order with them over 2 years ago now. Only a small order to guage what they were like. I received my order, intact and correct, less then a week later. Not bad considering we are in different parts of the country. Pretty good prices too.

I then made my next order, larger than the first. There was a hiccup with some of my needle selections not being in stock, but Scott told me that I could have a backorder and he would send them once they arrived, or I could have a refund on those items. I opted for the backorder and was pleasantly surprised when my needle order arrived approximately 9 days later, with 3 extra boxes of needles. There was an e-mail that came in later that day explaining that he had sent the extra's as an apology for them not being in stock originally.

I decided there and then that this my new supplier. From that time to now, I order from Oztatz on a monthly basis, spending between $1500 and $5000 at a time. (I own and operate 3 shops) There has NEVER been any drama's with stuff not arriving or a lack of communication at any time in my professional relationship with this supplier.

Might I also add, that I have directed a few smaller operators to Oztatz and they too have never had any problems with the service even though their orders are considerably less in monetary value than mine. Everytime there is a problem with my order, I receive an e-mail from Scott or one of his helpers stating my options (usually money back or a "wait till it arrives and I will send it express post") and I always get my stock. If there are no hassles with anything I order being in stock, it arrives 3 days later. From country Victoria to Brisbane! Can't argue with that.

So, in conclusion I would like to say that oztatz are an extremely professional outfit and I have no hesitation is recommending them to anyone, be they small time operator or world renowned artist. By the way, in no way am I affiliated with or work in connection with Oztatz. I am just stating my case as I hate seeing a decent and credible operators name tarnished in such a fashion.

lol..... im glad ya got all ya stuff, was treated well and i hope ya all got ya money worth i am truly happy 2 hear this i still think it sucks 4 those of us who were treated like dirt, didnt get our stuff and r out of pocket when all we wanted 2 do is what we love and make an HONEST liveing out of it. i fail 2 understand how it is my falt that i got cheated, i checked them out, i ordered my stuff, i paid 4 my stuff and thats my part it dont matter how i paid i paid thats all there is 2 it. anyway take easy

yep i been touched by these guys too tattooing over twenty years they actually sent me an email trying to tell me there gear was coming from america do they think we are stupid must do this crap is coming from china mate china its poo mate your never gona see your gear your never gona see your money again you may as well put your money in the ashtray and burn it i have heard so much bullshit from these guys its drivin me to drink i have made a point of talkin to other tattoo artists about these guys and some of them have been threatened with the old well i'll come round too your house !well jack it up lets all get together in one place for there is a lot of us then old mate can come round and sort us all out champ, tiger, mate ........pfffrrrrtttttttttt these guys couldn't run a piss up in a pub don't send anything to oztatz give your money to charity if you feel like throwing away your hard earned at least you will get a warm glow
