hey everybody, i am new to the board. below is the tatto i have on my wrist, ( hopefully it shows up) i have been debating on covering it up. maybe some kind of hibiscus flower, some nice coloring.
i am planning on going back to where i had it done, but would appreciate any thoughts/suggestions you may have.
thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
We can see the link when we click "quote" or "post reply". I tried to reply to the first one, but then it disappeared...
I actually like the tattoo - nice lettering. Guess it depends if it still has meaning for you or not. If not, then I would think that flowers might be a good choice. Maybe something like a peony might cover it well, since it has a lot of curvy shaped petals. |

I can't say I hate that tattoo either. What about adding flowers to it? Might look very nice with flowers in behind the text.
Is that a recovery tattoo by any chance? They're some of my favorite and also ones that I do for a very reduced rate. (Sometimes free.)
Cheers. |

Thank you.
Its not that I hate the tattoo, but I am so tired of having to explain it to people.. all the time, everyday. I know what it means to me, but sometimes it seems that isn't enough.
To answer your question, no it isn't a recovery tattoo. It's the title of a song by Alkaline Trio.. the song itself isn't my favorite, but I think of it as motivation.. like i've got so far to go, to where ever i want to go, do, etc
i know im young and theres a lot more i can do.
I think recovery tatto is great, and very gracious of you to do them discounted or free. |
