I wanted to get my gf a kit for Christmas but have read that most starter kits are a waste of money so i figured i would put together one and i would like some suggestions on what to buy, i know you get what you pay for as far as tattoo equipment goes but I'm not made of money and i was wondering if it even is possible to buy or put together a kit that is half decent for about 200-250 price range? if so could you guys give me some help here.
thanks for any and all input guys |

You'll have more money then that in 1 machine and ink alone. Dont forget the needles, tubes, grips, gloves, caps, grommets, rubberbands, papertowels, green soap, stencil paper. Oh yeah almost forgot................ a power supply to even run the machine. I had about 1,200 in my first setup. I did my autoclave at that time though. After a few years now I have prolly 20,000 in my equipment. If you get a kit it wouldnt be too bad for just learning the extreemely basic basics, but would need to invest much more in my oppinion before tattooing a person.
Good Luck though |

| no kit should be without an autoclave. if anyone tells you otherwise they are wrong. SO before you tattoo, at least learn how and why you are using an autoclave. |

| save your money your going to need about $1500 to $5000 for a half decent set up then a ***** load more cash to keep your self up and running in the mean time read up on everthing you possibly can, unless your an expert machine tuner and have stock pile of qualty spare parts stay away from the cheep *****. |
