Hey, i'm looking for an experienced / topnotch tattoo artist in the North West of England.

I'm after a brightly coloured Koi Sleeve, at around 3/4 length or so in size. So any artists that are good in that area would be nice too.

I also go to Arizona alot too as my girlfriend lives there, (Phoenix) and i'm moving there in two years time. So whilst im at it if anyone could recommend some there.

But for now im more looking for artists in the NW england, there are so many i'm just not sure who's the best.

Also; at a sleeve am i looking at a fee of around 60-80pound per hour or? I know it varies alot but could someone give me an average?
