On a scale of 1-10 (1 being least pain, 10 being most pain) how painful would a small tattoo be on the side of the ankle compared to the back of the neck or compared to the lower back?
Thanks! |

who cares how much it hurts? get it where you want and dont worry about it.
i think it would be really stupid to decide where to get a tattoo based on how much pain you thought it would be. what if someone told you it would hurt and it didnt? pain is different for everyone, get it where you really want it. two weeks later you wont remember how much it hurt you will just care if it looks good and is where you want it. |

Too true. I have four tattoos and my favorite one hurt the worst. But, I don't care about that now. I care about what it looks like and where it is. The only reason I care about where it is, is because I think it looks better there than it would any where else. |

| To be honest.....a Tattoo is going to hurt no matter where ya get it. Just think about it.......dragging a needle across your skin.....Probably will not feel to good. But the end result is so worth it!! I would just say F*&^ it and put it where its going to look its best and where YOU want it. Forget about which spot hurts more.....thats not a good way to make a decision because in reality its going to be painful.... Good Luck! |

| well I have at least one in everyone of those places you mentioned and I have a good pain tolerance I didnt think any spot hurt more or less then the rest one of mine that was a lil more annoying was on the center of the breast bone and my artist asked how I was doing told I was fine he said that was the most painful spot on himself he ever had done but everyone has a different level of what hurts! |
